Expect a dining experience that tells a story of the Greek islands through its bold, aromatic and rustic flavours. 

WHAT TO EXPECT

The evening begins with an introduction by Angelos and his team, contextualising each dish within its seasonal significance and village heritage. The menu is bespoke, balancing fresh ingredients with those preserved at their peak—honouring tradition and sustainability. The experience unfolds with a welcome dish, followed by shareable starters, two main courses, and dessert, accompanied by a thoughtful pairing of regional wines and house-crafted cocktails. A thoughtful parting gift extends the memory of the experience beyond dinner.

Reserve Chef’s Table Experience

The Chef's Table experience accommodates parties of eight to twelve guests for an exclusive dining event crafted with meticulous attention to detail. We request reservations be made a minimum of seven days in advance, allowing our culinary team adequate time to source premium ingredients and design your personalised gastronomic journey.

Bespoke dining experience begins at £110 per person for the curated food program, with an additional 15% service charge applied to the final bill.
