For one night only, our Head Chef Angelos Togias joins forces with Chef John Skotidas, the acclaimed Greek–South American chef known for his boundary-pushing take on modern Greek cuisine, for a Four Hands Dinner unlike any other.
United by their shared heritage and creative spirit, the two chefs will each present a six-course tasting menu, showcasing their distinctive approaches to Greek gastronomy in one unforgettable culinary experience. About Chef John Skotidas
Raised between Panama and Athens and London-trained, Chef John Skotidas has carved out a distinctive voice in modern Greek cuisine. With a rich multicultural background he blends Greek roots with South American and Asian influences, and in London’s dynamic kitchens he’s refined his craft in restaurants such as Hovarda. Now leading menus that fuse familiar Mediterranean warmth with bold technique and global flair, his cooking champions seasonal, adventurous ingredients and joyful hospitality.

• 48-hour cancellation policy applies. 
For this event we ask our guests for a 48 hour cancellation notice. Late cancellation or changes made within 48 hours will result in £50 fee per person.

JOHN SKOTIDAS
Culinary Director at Abra Ovata
Born in Panama and raised in Greece by an Asian mother, Chef John Skotidas embodies a unique culinary identity that bridges continents and cultures. His Greek–South American heritage and Asian influences have shaped a bold, distinctive style that redefines modern Greek cuisine through global inspiration.
Based in London, John has held leading roles as Executive Chef and Culinary Director at some of the most acclaimed Greek restaurants in the city, including Mazi, Zephyr, Hovarda, Suzi Tros, and Lagana. He currently serves as Culinary Director at Abra Ovata, a fine-dining destination at Lake Vouliagmenis in Athens, where he continues to push creative boundaries and celebrate the essence of Greek flavours in innovative ways.
Beyond his signature projects, John works as a consultant for international hotels and restaurants—most notably Teranka in Formentera and other high-profile venues across the globe. Recognised as one of the most influential Greek chefs of his generation, he has triumphed in culinary competitions alongside Michelin-starred peers and earned praise from leading critics in London and Greece.
