Join us for an evening with Edward Maitland-Makgill-Crichton and Eileen Botsford Velissaropoulos, winemakers and founders of OuSyra Winery, a boutique project on the island of Syros, Greece.

OuSyra focuses on reviving indigenous Cycladic grape varieties using organic, minimal-intervention methods. This will be an informal evening, with them moving between tables to chat with guests about the wines.
